Service of Validated Systems

The routine service of validated systems is essential to ensure that the system remains in a state of control and achieves the critical quality parameters of Conductivity, TOC, Microbial, Flow and Temperature. This includes periodic calibration of critical instruments, a schedule for periodic sanitisation and documented evidence of the above.

ELGA Process Water uses GAMP and cGMP Pharmaceutical industry standards to control validation, recording and documentation. Our in-house team of specialists will prepare essential documents needed to support installation, commissioning and maintenance of a purified water system.
