Regeneration & Service Deionisation

Based at our Stoke facility the fully automatic state of the art Regeneration Centre was designed by ELGA Process Water's in-house engineering department, bringing over 50 years experience in the handling of ion exchange resins.

Capable of handling over 70,000 litres of resin per day, the Regen Centre supports over 80 Service Deionisation products and the Aquamove mobile water treatment service.

With high levels of water recycling and minimisation of resin disposal, this state of the art process couples the highest quality resin regeneration with true duty of care in environmental management.

Reduce - reuse - recycle

  • 98% of ion exchange resins are recycled
  • Spent resins are incinerated to produce electricity, saving on fossil fuels and landfill
