ELGA Process Water's safety record has been recognised by the National Britannia Safe Contractors Awards. We're a member of the British Safety Council and RoSPA, and as a minimum our service engineers and sub-contractors all hold the CCNSG Safety Passport.

Quality is a key goal for all our staff.
All our processes including design, manufacture, delivery, installation and servicing are covered by our detailed quality management system. This quality management system complies with the international standard for quality management ISO 9001 - 2000 and is approved by Lloyds Register Quality Assurance. This approval was originally achieved in 1993 and has been upgraded continually since then to comply with changes in quality practice and updates of the standard.
In addition to our own quality systems, we also work closely with our customers in a wide range of industries to meet the requirements of their quality and regulatory compliance systems.
